Hi, I’m Beth, your Wellness Travel Expert

If you think wellness travel means green juice and endless downward dogs, think again. I’m here to prove it is as much about savoring that killer local meal as it is about finding your zen.

After years of wandering the globe and sampling everything from secret yoga spots to off-the-radar healing rituals, I figured out the secret sauce: wellness travel that’s nourishing, fun, and totally doable. No stuffy retreats, no judgment — just real, authentic journeys designed to recharge your body, spark your curiosity, and maybe even help you find a little peace of mind (and a lot of laughter).

Whether you want to dive into mindful movement, indulge in spa magic, or eat your way through the best farm-to-table scenes, I’ve got you covered. Ready to escape the usual and travel well? Let’s make it happen.

Get to know me

Where I live: I live in St. Augustine, Florida with my husband, and rescue dogs, Tito and Luna.

Favorite destination: That’s a tough one. I have a favorite cultural experience – Jordan, favorite beach experience – Fiji, favorite adventure experience – Patagonia.

My best travel experience: That’s an easy one! My South African luxury safari! Oh wait, no! My French barge cruise was also a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Best foodie experience: Wow, I’ve had so many because I learn about new cultures through food. And wine. But my week at a cooking school in France was my most memorable foodie experience.

Favorite Trips

Here are my all-time favorite wellness travel experiences. From dining on a floating dock in Fiji to the stunning sunsets on a South African Safari to a tasting the food and wine of Burgundy aboard a barge cruise, these trips were unforgettable.
