Agriturismo Belagaggio is the agriturismo that first made me fall in love with this way of staying in Tuscany. The apartments are comfortable, the grounds are expansive and the atmosphere encourages people to slow down and get to know one another.
I would choose it for a family that wants the farm stay to be a meaningful part of the vacation, not simply a place to sleep between day trips. Leave time for the pool, shared spaces and experiences with the hosts. This is where a longer stay pays off.

This is a more rustic stay than a polished resort, and that is part of its charm. I would book it for a family interested in cooking, tasting local food and understanding where a Tuscan meal comes from. Confirm the ages accepted for a cooking class and reserve places separately from your accommodations.

Fattoria del Colle: Best for a Multigenerational Trip
Fattoria del Colle offers rooms, apartments and villas near Trequanda in southern Tuscany. That range matters when you’re traveling with grandparents, adult children or another family and don’t all want to share one apartment.
The estate has wine experiences, cooking opportunities and an on-site restaurant. Its location also makes it appealing if your family wants to explore Pienza, Montepulciano and the countryside south of Siena. Choose your accommodation type carefully, then ask about meal arrangements and activities before confirming the stay.
